E5 Collective is a fresh combination of endurance training, brain training and HIIT, that also promotes readiness and recovery developed by Aimee Nicotera.
E5 Collective serves all fitness levels and is delivered with coaching intended to foster an unbreakable spirit and a positive mindset! This fitness format combines a variety of mental and physical training strategies into one innovative package.
Five segments, namely PREPARE, ENDURE, ENGAGE, PUSH and RECOVER, make up the whole of this training experience. Participants focus on one action at a time as they explore each segment, bringing each theme to life, through physical work. E5 Collective provides the opportunity to make us physically and mentally stronger.
