What I love most about E5 is that it is the “full package.” It has cardio, strength, and mobility, but also works your mind and leaves you feeling calm, energized, and ready to tackle the day. It moves at a great pace through five different segments, each one bringing a unique challenge. You feel amazing at the end!
E5 Collective was a fun and engaging workout where I felt like I was playing to workout. It was great when I had to, at times, think about the moves rather than just do them. It is very different than my regular workout on the gym floor, which I liked!
Talk about the perfect total body workout! Slow steady work followed by an all-out push with some extras to keep it interesting, and often funny but effective. E5 Collective also provides inspiration and motivation, and I leave feeling exhausted but in a good way.

E5 Collective presents interesting brain challenges with movements as part of the workout, and this is a refreshing element that most fitness instructors neglect as part of programming.
That was an amazing workout! It was really fun how it was a time-based workout, but because we were always thinking about what to do, it went by so fast. I’m not usually a fan of time-based workouts but this workout was so fun, it was like I was playing around most of the time. I would recommend this workout to everyone!
I get a great workout, and feel as though I’m floating rather than standing at the end of the class. Awesome full body and mind experience!

What I really enjoyed about the E5 Collective work out was the variety within each work out. It targeted my body, mind and spirit. I found myself giggling during certain parts of the work out and challenging myself during other parts. E5 was so easy to adapt each move to fit my fitness level and also accommodate my injuries. A fresh new way to work out!
I love the mental and physical connection of E5 Collective, seeing how much more effective a workout can be by actively involving the mind. My favorite part is the mirroring exercise at the end, it’s a great reminder of how powerful mindful breathing is. One of my favorite workouts, hands down!
