E5 Collective is a fresh combination of endurance training, brain training and HIIT, that also promotes readiness and recovery.
WHAT IS E5 COLLECTIVE? We’ve examined the science and literature around variability training, brain training, play and mindset and perspective. Based on our findings, we’ve created an innovative, inclusive formula to help build strong and resilient bodies, and tough, positive, healthy mindsets.
We focus on and explore the 5 action words – PREPARE, ENDURE, ENGAGE, PUSH and RECOVER and we bring them to life through physical movement using a variety of training strategies. E5 COLLECTIVE is a time-based format, designed to be inclusive and accessible to a wide range of ages, fitness levels and athletic abilities.

The E5 COLLECTIVE experience helps you…train your body, train your brain, and challenge your belief system! E5 COLLECTIVE is more than a workout, it helps us all focus on specific actions we can take to be better and grow, not just with our physical health, but these actions transfer to every aspect of our life.
